They had an opportunity multiple times to hand us an extremely expensive bill, but not being mechanics they could have just said, we needed this and we needed that and they didn't. They kept the price down, there was a number of things that we talked to them that we felt that we might need and they said, and quot;You don't need that right now. You are doing okay as well with the brakes. You don't have to change them until you really need to.and quot; So they've actually discouraged a number of things that they could have easily just charged it and done something that we didn't need. We pretty much trust them and they are pretty good. They are honest, they are friendly and they are quick. When they get something in they do it that same day and usually it is pretty fast.

I brought the minivan to First Choice after getting a huge estimate for repairs from the dealer at a routine maintenance check. Tom looked at all of the "problems" and suggested fixing one, watching another, and that 2 were not problems at all. He saved me a ton of cash, the repair was prompt and the vehicle runs great. I wouldn't hesitate recommending First Choice Motors to anyone.

He is my best mechanic and he is so honest. The owner is totally wonderful. Heater was broken so that had to be repaired with a new part. I have an older Lexus, I sometimes keep my cars forever. He's not going to sell you something you don't need because I go to the Lexus dealer and they say I need new breaks so I ran to Tom and I asked if I needed new breaks and he said no. Every time I get an oil change, I asked if I needed new breaks and he keep saying no so a year later maybe I need new breaks. He's very reputable and sometimes I have to beg him to do something. It's not hard to schedule and it's usually in the next couple of days but if he had to take the engine out or something, then it's a different story because couple of years ago, he had to do that.

Very professional and timely service. All this work was done in half a day, and for only $280.
Although First Choice Motors is about 30 minutes from my home, I plan to take my cars there for service whenever possible.

I woud recommend them enthusiastically and without hesitation. Tom (the owner) is the rare mechanic who will tell you when you don't need to fix something. They are always prompt and professional and usually fix any problem the first attempt.

Great. I'd have to think this place is about as good as you are going to get when it comes to balancing price and quality. They focus on addressing the specific issue in question, and delivering their service at a VERY competitive price. I experienced no high-pressure up-sell, or "doom and gloom" scenarios to encourage overly aggressive maintenance.

Left the auto early in morning, they gave me ride to my work location, and called as soon as car was ready in early afternoon

We dealt with the owner, Tom, and Bill the mechanic. They give such personal service and seem to know what you need done to the car before you can tell them. They do only the work you request. I forgot exactly what it is they charged me, but it was fair.
