They yes'ed me the whole project. At the end I pointed out what needed to be fixed and they said they would come back to fix. I called and the person who answered said he would show, but never did. I tried calling again and they would answer and hang up when I told them who I was. Totally unprofessional!

The owner was there the next day giving a quote and started within a week. 
Unfortunately, the parquet floor tiles started lifting 3 months later because, as 2 other floor companies said, Falcon either spilled too much sealer in 2 areas and it filtered down and under the wood pieces or they just didn't fill the cracks.   Also, dust was a problem although I kind of expected it would be.
If you are just doing a vanilla job on a basic floor, its hard to beat their price and they were punctual.  They are a value play.  If you are looking for an "a" job, I would probably recommend using someone else.

They responded to my phone call quickly and came to take a look and take measurements of all three rooms. A few days later they sent me an estimate for all three rooms. They were less expensive than 2 other people we had received estimates from so we decided to go with them. They were able to give me a separate estimate to send to the furniture company for the dining room. The first day they helped move the heaviest pieces of furniture left from the rooms. They sanded the floor and left 3 stains on the floor for me to pick from. The next 2 days they came to apply the stains which only took an hour at most each time. The gouge on the dining room floor was completely gone and I was very pleased with the results.

They were on time and very prompt, they had to move furniture and do a lot of hauling, they had to do a lot of hard work. I would recommend them to others.

The floor looks great. I am very happy with the finished product. It was a lot of work and they took their time to make sure that everything matched up perfectly and looked good. They have a great service and are professional as well as hardworking. I would recommend them to other people any time.

Falcon Floors did a beautiful job on our floor. This was the only company of the several we checked who would actually send someone out to look things over and give the estimate. There were a couple of times they just didn't show up to work and they didn't respond quickly to phone calls.
