Fabio Hardwood Floors redid all of the floors in our house 7 years ago and they still look like they were done yesterday! We have a porch on the back of our house that had a solid redwood stain on it when we bought the house. Over the seven years the stain just didn't wear well even thought it was recoated numerous time. I called up Fabio to see if he could do anything to make them not look completely weathered as usual and in the end he came out and created a masterpiece! They completely sanded, replaced some boards, and varnished them. It is hard to believe it is the same porch! Fabio and his team are prompt, transparent, hardworking, and well priced. I would recommend him to anyone.

Fabio Flooring was absolutely AMAZING! I have never dealt with people who were so COMMITTED, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and PATIENT. From the start, Fabio communicated effectively with me, and walked me through the entire process of renovating my floors. Every day the workers were ON TIME, and worked extremely hard. They are truly skilled at what they do. When I had to pick out my stain color, everyone was so patient with me. My floors look so beautiful, and exceeded my expectations. New oak matched old oak floors perfectly. Work was done 5 years ago, and no issues. Am bringing them back for additional work.

The experience working with Fabio was great. He came on schedule to review the job, and on schedule for work day. His brother and cousin, I believe, were on site during my job and everything went smoothly and the finished product looks great. They use the dustless system and tape off surrounding rooms so the mess is minimal, if non existent. I will have them back soon to complete other rooms!

Fabio  was wonderful to work with and his work is amazing.  From the day of the estimate he walked me through and explained what needed to be done to each area.    I was looking to install wood in a house with mostly carpet, however there was one room that already had hard wood.  Fabio went to great lengths to explain to me my options to match the preexisting floors, and furthermore went above and beyond to find the exact match so that I had a perfect product.  He gave me a prompt estimate and truly stuck to it. When issues such as  an area of damaged subfloor appeared, or a cracked step in the staircase, Fabio took care of it and did not charge me extra.    I was not able to be present for the project, and Fabio kept me informed of progress, even sent me a video of the floors being installed.   He finished early and truly was so kind on our final walkthrough, he is not pushy at all like other contractors I have come across.   The floors truly came out beautiful and I couldn't be happier. 
  As an aside  after the floors were done I had other work done to the house and noticed a small crack in the stairs when the other contractors finished.  I called Fabio for help and he came and fixed it.   His company is great and  I give him/ them  my highest recommendation without hesitation.

Fabio was very responsive and we agreed on a starting date for the project.  He explained that the project would take three days.  His crew was very polite and wasted no time to get to work.  My floors had some major scratches and imperfections and I wanted it to look good.   After they sanded it, it looked amazing.  Fabio showed up after the sanding to get our choice of stain.  Several stain samples were applied right on the freshly sanded floor and it made it easier to see what the color would look like.  We selected a stain with a reddish tone.  After they applied it, it looked beautiful.  On the second day, they applied the first coat of the poly and it brought out the richness of the stain.  By the third day, the second coat of poly just did the job.  My carpet professional had recommended Fabio and I also found him on Angie's List.  It was a pleasure doing business with Fabio.  We are so pleased and satisfied with the job.

It was such an easy and great experience working with Fabio and his team. They are very efficient and did a wonderful job. The floor looks like brand new. It was also dust free so we didn't have to re-paint wall/ceiling. I'd definitely work with Fabio again.

Fabio is likely the best service provider I have dealt with...ever! His work is top quality, he's professional and he delivers on his promises. I've contacted so many highly-rated contractors through Angie's List, but have yet to come across one that lives up to the high marks, except for Fabio. You can believe all the positive reviews on him.
We called Fabio for an estimate of the work. He returned my call promptly, showed up when he said he would, and gave us a reasonable price for the work. When his crew started the work, they showed up on time. Fabio provided color cards of different stains and asked us to choose from among them. We were looking for a chocolate brown stain with a soft, muted finish (non-shiny) that was not among the cards. Based on my description of the color, Fabio found 3 different variations that matched. He stained a small section of the newly-sanded floor so we could compare them and decide. The color we were looking for was among these samples and they moved forward with the staining.
When Fabio called to tell me they finished the first coat, I anxiously went to the house to take a look. The floor looked as great as I had hoped. And when the job was complete, my wife and I were thrilled. Because the floor was the original in the house (built in 1973), it had several holes, cracks and other signs of wear. I marked each one during a walk-through. Fabio agreed to fill them when we were ready. At the same time, we were having new handrails installed on the staircase, so I asked Fabio to come back after the handrails were in to match the floor stain. Several weeks later, I called Fabio to tell him the stairs were complete. He came the following week and finished the handrails at a price that was more than fair, and filled the holes at no additional charge.
I wish Fabio handled more than just floors. It was a pleasure working with him and I recommend him without reservation.

Fabio Rendon and his team were exceptionally responsive and professional in all our interactions.  He responds to e-mails/calls promptly, accurately estimated the time the project would take, and the team was right on time each day of the work.  The price was very fair and competitive (we had received 3 bids from different contractors).  Fabio's references were outstanding.      They stained the new hardwood floor with 5 or 6 large color samples so we could easily compare various colors in different light conditions to select the best color.  They also returned to make a couple minor adjustments and did so very promptly - great service. They are very conscientious about cleanliness, respected our home, very friendly, and a pleasure to work with.

I have recommended Fabio to several friends who have also used them.  We will definitely use Fabio again.

Fabio did a great job. His employee's were friendly, polite, punctual, and knowledgeable. They blocked off doorways to try to keep the dust to a minimum (although, it still gets everywhere). After the sanding was complete, there were a lot of spots on where paint needed to be scraped off by hand, like underneath radiators or in ancient gouges. They painstakingly crawled around scrapping out all those little paint blobs to ensure our floors look great. It feels like a brand new house.
When work was completed, they bagged up their trash and left it on our curb. Unfortunately, the trash guys wouldn't take it because it looked like contractor's waste. We've had to put that trash out one bag at a time over a few weeks. Certainly not a big enough complaint to overshadow the great job that was done but it was a little annoying.
When we're ready to address the floors on the main level, we will absolutely be calling Fabio again.

Fabio did an excellent job. We had to re-finish the floors in the whole house. We checked Angie's List and found Fabio and his crew.  And we have not regretted it. His people are very good. Everything is done very professionally, cleanly and smoothly.  And quickly too. Fabio's crew is not cheap, but worth every penny of it.  Would call again if I need the floors done. Will recommend.
