The ycame out and they exchanged a lock set for me. I used them over a year ago.

They did a good job but I think they were pricey. I might use them again, but they won't be the first people that I call.

I was very pleased with the work performed and the professionalism of the gentleman that came to my home. He was courteous of my home (even swept up when he was done) and made sure that my cats did not escape out the front door while he worked. On his own, he even fixed the garage door that was sticking. A little expensive, but it was a job done right. I will use this company again.

Getting keys made at Cy Drake is very expensive. Better off going to any hardware store otherwise if you need to get a custom key made you can go there. I will not be going back for a while since the file cabinet key did not work. The was additional unexpected costs for making keys including $13 for labor, $10.30 for parts then additional charge of $2.10 for each key. It would seem that I was overcharged. The only advantage I see going there is they are open on Saturdays whereas some locksmiths only are open Monday through Friday. Total cost $46.
