Tom did a large project for us before we moved into our new home that involved electrical work, flooring, finishing a basement, painting, and more. Overall, the work was great, on time, and on budget.

ARM Home Care was the best contractor service we've ever worked with! Tom and his team are professional, kind, and honest! Tom not only worked with us on everything we wanted, including when we added projects, but he helped us find ways to avoid unnecessary costs and get the project done efficiently, affordably, and to last! Tom also showed up before and during the project, which we greatly appreciated and is not always the case from an owner of a company. We got our outside deck redone and stained as well as a new retaining wall. We'll definitely use them again in the future!

Thanks to the storm Isaias, a roof or awning over my deck was so damaged as to be irreparable. I searched around to find people who could remove and replace it and was quite taken aback by some of the cost estimates I got. I kept searching and found ARM Home Care, LLC. Tom Tahl of that company looked at the job and sent me a professional proposal for the removal of the damaged structure â no small task as the roof was supported on a 60 year old galvanized iron frame weighing some hundreds of pounds. When the time came, Tom and a colleague showed up exactly on time to the minute, quickly and efficiently removed the entire structure and took all the components away for proper disposal. Combined with a reasonable price for the job, I was very pleased with the work. Tom made several suggestions as to how best I might replace the awning with either a fixed or retractable unit. When I get to the point of doing the replacement, ARM Home Care will be the first people I call.

This is the second time I have used them. The first time they restored my deck that had 20-plus years of accumulated repairs. This time they installed a handrail on the stairs, making sure it was up to code.

Tom did excellent work. He is very meticulous and has a keen eye for detail. He takes the time to make sure the job is done correctly and to the the satisfaction of the customer . We were extremely pleased with the finished project.

Tom and Mike performed multiple home projects to get my home ready to list for sale. They were efficient and figured out how to repair things that others would not repair.

Working with Tom Tahl was a pleasure. This is a professional operation in every aspect. Tom was incredibly responsive and was working on the job within 48 hours of our initial contact. His crew worked quickly and neatly and the cost was far less than what others that bid.

The quality of their work is outstanding. I hired Tom to install few light fixtures and a wall paper for my daughters room... it all turned out great. He was transparent and fair his in pricing, and very responsive to calls, texts and emails. I would definitely hire again!

I pit in a request to get a quote to fix my basement stairs on a Sunday afternoon. Arm called me five minutes later . Arm replaced my basement stairs in four days. The quality of the work was great.

I called Tom on a Sunday afternoon to repair a kitchen drawer. He got back to me immediately and scheduled the repair for the next morning, He and his assistant installed the necessary hardware and even reinforced part of the frame for a better fit. Before he left he repaired a leaky toilet as well. I definitely recommend ARM Home Care.

Arm Home Care did a great job and did it fast. I found them on Home Advisor. They responded to my message immediately, came out did the measurements quickly. Tom is knowledgable and personable, he knows what he is doing and has good people working for him. The final cost came in within estimates and within budget. We are very pleased.

ARM Home Care was extremely helpful with planning and executing the bathtoom fan installation. I work full time, so they were able to work around my schedule and even come when my son could be there. They were quick, clean and very friendly. I will be hiring them for other projects in the future.

Tom and his associate were very prompt. We have an older door so they repaired door the best they could, however we may need a new door in the future. Would hire them for door replacement if needed in the future.

Tom stahl is very accommodating. He finds efficient and effective solutions to customer needs.

ARM Home Care was wonderful to work with. They were on time, did a thorough job and fixed a serious problem -we had animal pests making huge holes in our outside baseboard and making a home in a small space under our basement stairs. They fixed a previous carpenter s work because that person did a quick fix. ARM patiently tore off each piece of baseboard until no more holes that lead in could be found. We have not seen any evidence of the pests getting back in!

Tom and his crew at ARM Home Care LLC are very professional and easy to work with. You can text or call Tom anytime. He is very quick at getting back to you. His crew does an excellent job at analyzing each project so they get to the bottom of problem. I have my own business in property management . I have hired Tom for many projects and will continue to do so.

Tom and his team were outstanding in every respect. They were prompt courteous professional in every respect. The work (powerwashing and staining our deck) was done neatly and left us in awe. They were quick and communicated well so that everything went off without a hitch.
