 + -1 moreSomeone from the company contacted me after I had sent them an email and requested a quote. I sent them a picture of the steps and they stated they would come out the following week to measure. I never heard back from them. I sent two follow up emails and an additional email through angie's list...and never received any response back. They may do a wonderful job - I have no way of knowing, but after their initial communication the lack of responses was terrible. I ended up contacting another welding company who were responsive and did a great job.

Description of Work: Contacted to have visit, evaluation, estimate. The owner, Glenn Kopec, came a few days later looked at the areas when we wanted to install railings and seemed to have a good understanding of our needs. After visit we looked at companyis website for options and sent two emails with questions and never received an answer. Several weeks later we called, twice, and left messages each time but never received any response. Maybe they do good work but they appear to not know how to treat customers. If you are searching for a railing fabricator-installer I'd recommend looking someplace else.

Description of Work: White Iron Welding installed new wrought iron railings on our porch and steps. Owner and workers were very professional and courteous. Gave us an installation date and job was completed on that date. Shopped around and they had the best price. Would definitely hire them again. Very satisfied.

 + -1 moreThe installers came out prepared the steps for and install the railings. I went to check on the progress the job was complete, the old railings were on the truck. Job well done! I would definitely call Glenn at White Iron should the need arise in the future. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: The existing wrought iron railings were removed by our R&G Stone. Glenn from White Iron came out and measured for new railings. He left me a pamphlet with pictures describing the railings and pricing. I had asked him about the installation process. He fully explained how the railings are installed. I gave him my choice of railings and I was told that it would take 2 to 3 weeks to fabricate the railings and have them powder coated.

I feel confident in the high quality of the railing and the installation. The workers and owner were very personable and I felt good about choosing this business to do the job. When the job was finished, I had them come back to install a small railing in my garage.
Description of Work: Installed colonial-style white steel front porch railing. Removed old wrought iron railing. Also installed a wrought iron railing for two steps in garage.
