They showed up, spoke with the owner, and then told us the roof was fine. They switched sides on us! When I called them to ask about the estimate, they hung up the phone. Don't trust these guys, they only want to replace roofs.

We just bought the house on 12/18 and moved in on 12/23. The roof leak was noted in the inspection and was supposed to be repaired. On 12/29 we noted it was still leaking. I called the previous roofer who never returned the call. The prior homeowner, and Realtor all tried calling him with the same lack of response.
I called Shamrock on the recommendation of my Father-in-Law. It was at the family New Years day gathering, I left a message at 3 pm on 1/1/2014. Donnie called me back the next morning on 1/2/2014 and was at the house in less than two hours.
He inspected the interior to see where the leak was showing and then climbed the roof to see if he could find the source. He noted the repair of the prior roofer and commented it was an acceptable job. He was unable to find the source of the leak and suggested patching for now (Tar patches) followed by replacing shingle if the patches didnt fix the problem.
It was the coldest day of the year to date with temps in the single digits. He and his partner did a great job and were gone in just over an hour. Donnie was great to work with. He said that since he cannot find the issue for certain his patch was not for certain. He said that the shingle replacement was the better answer - but since we just moved in we would try the patch and call him if it didnt work.
Since his visit the leak has recurred sporadically - twice out of five rain events and nothing from snow melt (so far). We have not called him back in but will soon.

Shamrock Roofing was excellent. I liked the way they did things; everything was meticulous and I was impressed. Ours is an old home so there are many side roofs and extensions which match the ordinary roof and they did an excellent job. They made sure that everything was fitted in and they cleaned up after work and I was happy with it. They did a great job and the roof looks great. People were complimenting our house. and lsquo;A's across the board and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They will do a good job on your roof but then you will never hear from them again until you want to put on a new roof.
