Rafferty Roofing

This business is a complete scam and a fraud.  The owner, Joe Rafferty, first charged my credit card, afterwards claimed that he forgot to give us a 10% discount but he didn't have his credit card machine with him, came and picked up a check for 90% of the original amount the next day saying he'll refund the original amount charged to the credit card.  However, he ended up pocketing both the original amount charged to the credit card AND the check that he promptly cashed.  I've been trying to get the original amount credited back from the card company, and he keeps telling the CC company that the charge was legitimate, which is preventing me from getting anything.  
The phone number and website are both fake, since he'll never answer your calls. Stay away.

Stay away.  I was horribly ripped off.  I had a leaky roof and Joe Rafferty replaced wood in the middle of the roof. Another roofer came and fixed the problem after Joe Rafferty would not return my calls to come back and fix the problem. What the roof needed was flashing, below the windows, not wood replaced in the middle of the roof.   The repair was supposed to be guaranteed and Joe Rafferty never answered his phone.  I may still sue him if I can find him to serve process on him. Please do not be a victim like I was.  Do not give this man or his company your hard earned dollars. This was the worst experience with a contractor of any type that I have ever had.  If Joe wants to sue me for what I am saying go ahead, I will see you in court you unprofessional, incompetent and useless excuse for a human being.
