Terrible. Every aspect of the work performed was well below par. I hired Moni Mel to arrange and OVERSEE several projects. The oversight was non-existent. My preferences and choices were not followed. My kitchen cabinets were removed and reinstalled, poorly, and painted in a color that does not match the trim. I was charged an additional fee for new sliding brackets for the cabinet that they broke in the first place, and now, one year after the job, the replacement brackets are falling apart. My cabinet doors are off balance and do not close properly. The new kitchen flooring is chipping - very cheap materials were used. My kitchen blinds were removed and reinstalled (and purportedly cleaned), but now raising and lowering them is crude and unbalanced. All paint colors were cheap knock-offs of the brands I ordered and the “color match” was off. All new door hardware is poorly installed and knobs are faltering. All re-caulking has cracked and crumbled (charged twice for that, too). And the deep cleaning! OMG! My normal cleaning service does a much better job on a week to week basis! The baseboards were never cleaned. I could not see a discernable difference in any area of the house that was “deeply cleaned.” The exterior window cleaning was a joke. This was the only task Moni Mel made an effort to correct without an additional charge, I think, only because I was going to withhold the concierege fee, which I should have done anyway. Charges were going to my credit card before work was performed - and much of the work was never performed or was performed so poorly such that payment should have been withheld. I had to contact the credit card company to block their charges. I worked with this service a long time ago when I moved here to perform the initial cleaning of my house. I was quite impressed. But, the work performed last year was well below expectations and I will never work with them again. Moni Mel talks fast and promises a lot of things, but beware! This company is not adequate for for more discerning customers.

I've worked with many cleaning services and individuals as I work in real estate and never have I had a worse experience. I was promised a pre-move in deep clean including windows within a specified time period and afterwards found dirst and hair throughout, and the crew did not get to the windows. In addition, they broke a panel off of my kitchen cabinets as well as a light fixture in my bathroom and blew a fuse because they didn't know how to clean my stovetop properly and used too much water. As an example of how inadequate the cleaning was, when they finished with a bathroom I found that they had not lifted up the linear drain and there was a ball of hair from the previous owner of the house - this is basic cleaning 101. On top of all of this, the company then overcharged me. Thankfully I I caught it. When asking for a credit on the charged price (not even a full refund which honestly is warranted given my experience) they refused. Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service. Avoid!!

Her service was good but the price was expensive. The house hadn't been cleaned for a while. She came and cleaned the house for the first time. After that she came twice for additional cleaning and again she charged each time she came in.

I really enjoyed working with Monica and her various crews. They did an excellent job cleaning my home each week and they were very pleasant to be around. We generally worked with one crew over the years we used them. If a crew changed and we did not like how they were cleaning or acting in our home, they would be changed immediately. The staff would rectify problems on the spot or return to my home the next day to re-clean anything that was missed, but this didn't happen often. I miss the clean and warm feeling this crew gave my home each week. I wish they could have moved with us!
