house painters
 + -1 moreHe failed to tell us that shutters and windows were extra until after completion. He was to replace rotten shingles, which was not performed; instead he filled in rotten wood with putty and caulk. He spray painted the shingles without covering the windows. Paint started to peel 5 months after the job was completed.
Description of Work: He painted the exterior of the house (3 sides, because of brick face in front of house). Redwood shingles were scraped and painted.
