Great, quality work. Dependable. If any changes in schedule, I was informed in advance. Flexible with my requests as my job included 2 change orders. Owner was on site and did much of the work. The other workers were adept at their work as well. Good bunch of guys. I would use them again & recommend them highly.

While we are absolutedly thrilled with the outcome of our project, the icing on the cake is that it was completed on time and on budget. Pat provided a timeline at the beginning of the job. The job started on time and milestones were met as expected. The only hold up we experienced was waiting three weeks for an inspector to return from vacation. The crew showed up early and worked throughout the day. They were friendly and courteous and respectful of the fact that we were living in the house during the construction. Pat did a great job of ensuring that we were timely with our choices of fixtures, tiling, etc., to keep in timing with when workers were scheduled to do installations. He paid attention to our needs and made suggestions that were in keeping with our goals.

when the bathroom was gutted, we discovered rotted floor under the tile. we ended up replacing a good portion of the sub floor as well as all the sheetrock which was soaked. we kept the old tub but installed new tile around it over new cement board. they were able to tile the floor and shower in 1 day and came back the next day to grout. we decided to do the painting ourselves. when we were done , they came back to install the new vanity, top, toilet and fixtures. we had our bathroom up and running in 1 week! they protected our floors, cleaned up every day and were very neat. i have used them for other jobs like our kitchen backsplash, frieplace mantle work and building a mud room. i would highly recommend excellence in construction!
