Cost overruns because the contractor is working on a 100+ year old house weremInimal. The contractor was very resourceful. Will definitely use this contractor again.
Description of Work: Replaced a kitchen window, replaced kitchen counter with Quartz. Updated plumbing and electrical.

Description of Work: Ed Hauschild of D&E Construction removed old kitchen cabinets and installed new ones. He was reliable, prompt, meticulous, a perfectionist and a real craftsman. We did not get any other bids so cannot make an assessment on price except to say we are extremely happy with the result.
