Brian Dungan General Contractor

I am thrilled with the job Brian and his crew did. They arrived promptly on the day the work was to begin, and removed any furniture that would get in their way, and covered everything else to prevent any damage, paint, dust, etc. They worked diligently and carefully to cut the sheet rock that needed to be replaced. Then they removed all the damaged sheet rock, and cleaned up everything before they started to tape and spackle. They paneled my laundry room and put a new floor in my office. After each phase or process was done, they cleaned before starting something else. They then painted my family room and office, and meticulously cut and installed all the molding. They had used an unfinished area of my basement to do all the prep work like cutting the sheet rock, cutting the molding, which they swept up at the end of each day they were here. Not only did they clean and mop the floors in the laundry room, office and family room, they cleaned and mopped the unfinished area where they worked. They removed all the debris and put my furniture back where it belonged. I had 3 basically new rooms that looked nicer than the original rooms, and an unused/unfinished area that was cleaner than when they started. Brian is very easy to work with, and knows his business . I would definitely use Brian Dungan General Contracting again, and highly recommend them for anyone who needs a general contractor.

What an amazing thing to have a contractor show up on the date and time provided. He stayed on my job till it was completed. He was polite and friendly and my house was actually cleaner when he left than when he arrived. It was a pleasure knowing that there are businesses out there that keep their promises and over deliver.

He gave me a free estimate and a date he could do the job. He showed up exactly on the day he said he would, did the job in the amount of time he told me and stayed and did the job until it was complete. He cleaned up everyday so there was never a mess in my house. It was amazing to find a contractor who actually showed up on time, didn't leave to do other jobs and finished on time. The price he gave me was exactly the price I paid. He was very professional and was even more particular about his work than I was. It came out so beautifully everyone compliments me. I then asked him to tile my entry hall. He said "sure", gave me a price and was totally professional, precise and prompt. And that job came out beautifully also.
