It was horrible. The porch was 9" short on it depth (not enough room for the porch swing we wanted to put in). We used IPEA wood, he used a lower grade quality. We asked for the deck to be installed using anchors below its face so we didn't have to see plugs. He did both, so we have visible plugs. The railing was installed incorrectly. He actually fixed this somewhat, but it is still not straight. He never fixed the water valve, and it is inoperative. The front door installation was terrible and there is a small hole in the door from where he made the deadbolt installation hole too large. He wasn't even the cheapest guy by far!
