They're awful. November 6th was the first time my plasma television went out. They said they could fix it and so it took about a week and a half and then they brought it back. Two weeks later the same thing happened and they took it. I then waited another two weeks to get the thing back to my house and then three weeks later it had the same problem where the picture went out and I just had the sound. They took it back again and had it for another three weeks and will finally bring it back tomorrow. I don't know if it will happen again in another two weeks and they did say if they couldn't fix it we'll get our money back, but so far they have picked it up three times and the same thing has happened. They don't call and they put you on hold forever. For them to come look at it was $65 and if they fix it the $65 is included in the fee. I gave them $400 to fix it and asked them to give me my $335 back and keep the television. If it happens again I don't know what I'm going to do and I don't know if I'm going to get my money back. The guy who brings the thing back and forth is a nice guy, but it started on November 6th and it's almost February and it's still not working right.
