It's going ok. However, I think these tall grasses that shoot above the rest of the lawn are also weeds and I don't know why they're not dead yet.  I will call the company to find out.  Otherwise, they're doing what they said they would

Their tech is very knowledgeable and friendly.  All the people i have dealt with have been great. We are very please with the results and will keep using them.

Good results so far. I like the fact that they use products that are safer for children and pets.

The tech responded to my questions about the bare spots in my lawn, which were due to the snow and ice over the winter. He applied the feed and weed service. They are always very responsive, punctual and polite.

Technicians are courteous, professional and knowledgeable

The first visit for the estimate and to make the appointment for reseeding  went well and was very professional.  I was provided with the necessary information on watering and caring for the reseeded lportion of the lawn. The workmen arrived on time for the reseeding and apprared to do a good job, but apparently with not apply the fertilizer in a uniform manner.  Although I paid a deposit at the time of the visit for an estimate and paid in full at the time of service, I was subsequently sent a bill for the amount I had paid in full at the time of service. I was disturbed by this double billing, but cleared up the matter with a call that was answered by the person who provided the estimate.  I informed him that although most of the grass seed had germinated that this grass was growing vigorously in some areas and stunted in others with a clear demarcation.  He promised that he would visit to see what the problem could be.  However, subsquently I received a letter from the Owner saying that his company was too preoccupied with regular customers, and that the employee who promised to visit to check on the differential growth of the grass was too busy to do so.  An examination of the grass two motnhs after it was seeded suggests that the differential growth was due to an uneven application of fertilizer.
The attitude of the Owner of the company interfered with what could have been a satisfactory experience with the company.

They're fine. They were good. They did a fine job. I would hire them again.

So far, everything is so good. Their tic control appears to be working. I decided to go with them because of their politeness, quote process and just the fact that they actually got back to me.

They first came out and gave me an estimate and explained what they need to do.  My lawn was taken over by weed and crab grass.  They completely killed off my entire lawn and 3 weeks later came out to slice seed the lawn, they gave good instructions on how to water the lawn.  Within a week and half grass was coming in, they came out and retreated areas that were bare and any weeds that may have appeared.  I now have a green lawn.  They also came out and treated the lawn they always call one day prior and if anything comes up they always call to let me know.  

They have been really nice and professional. They use environment friendly chemicals. They do their job in a timely manner.
