It went well. This was the second unit that I had BC express installed. The first one was for the up stair zone and the second one was two years later for the down stair zone. I used the same Carrier product for both. From estimate to installation they were professional. The cost was fair. The workmanship was good. I would not hesitate to recommend BC Express.
