"HI Philip, This is not true. If you recall I explained to you. We insulated the walls of the basement so the basement is now conditioned. When you move the building shell to the walls, you do not insulate the duct work. We did as you know mastic seal all the ductwork to prevent leakage into the basement. You have a very efficient home now! Thanks"
