Working with DJ from Groundworks (Select Basement) has been an outstanding experience. After struggling with various contractors who either failed to resolve our water issues or were unprofessional, DJ and his team truly stood out. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive throughout the entire process. Our home is a ranch with 225 linear feet around the perimeter, and while other contractors insisted on installing a French drain for the entire length, DJ recommended a more targeted approach. He proposed installing the French drain for just 80 linear feet, focusing only on the areas where water intrusion was likely. His thorough explanations and prompt responses to all our questions were greatly appreciated. The workers arrived on time, maintained a clean work environment, and completed the job as promised. If we could give 10 stars, we would! Groundworks is a highly professional and honest company that didn't try to inflate the scope of work to charge us more. We wholeheartedly recommend them.

I had a issue with the price of an additional 10 foot of work after Groundworks took over the company from Select Basement. The problem was resolved with Ray the field supervisor for Groundworks.

Full waterproofing of the basement in our 95 year old house, including demolition of walls and shelves/cabinets/sinks and plumbing. Additional service of adding a footing to the basement walls. All the work took three days. Excellent work and looks great, though a bit costly.

I have a 72 year old house that has always had a wet moldy basement. Now I have a beautiful dry clean basement thanks to select basements waterproofing. They did an excellent job and were very neat and careful I highly recommend them to anybody that is thinking of having this type of work done

Told me what needed to be done and we booked a date to get the work done. Their team came, told me what they were going to do and did it in a timely manner. They were very clean and responsible. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! We just had a French drain installed along with a new sump pump and pit in our basement and had the floors epoxyed afterwards. The project manager, Kenny, was absolutely amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything that their team would be doing, gave me updates throughout the day. If I had a question or concern Kenny was patient with me and continued to make sure any questions/concerns were addressed, even telling me to call him if I thought of any other questions. Their crew was very respectful of the property by making sure to lay out tarps to protect the floors, and made all attempts to manage the noise since we were home. Whatever was left in the basement they made sure to cover and protect. And if something needed to be moved they moved it and moved it back. When it came time to lay down the epoxy there was a scheduling hiccup. Kenny though went out of his way to make it right by coming right after another job and staying late to make sure we're stayed on schedule since I was having out of town guests coming that weekend and needed access to the basement. Working with Select Basement, but especially Kenny, made this one of the best experiences and I highly recommend them. 10 out of 10!

, I had just completed an entire basement redo and later found the seal was leaking in a wall that was filled in. The walls and floor had to be removed. DJ came out And gave me several. Ideas how to go about the repair. The crew was here the next week and did a beautiful job at a fair price I would. Highly recommend Select.
