 + 5 moreIt was time to renovate our kitchen and redesign our first floor. Moshe Grant worked tirelessly to help us design and plan to give us everything we wanted. Once the planning was completed, the appropriate permits were filed. From demo day going forward, the process was smooth and efficient. All of the sub contractors (architect, plumbing and electrical) were knowledgeable, professional and worked seamlessly together. The end result exceeded our expectations. We can't thank Moshe enough for giving us a beautiful home we can enjoy and be proud of.

Additionally, his understanding of the full scope of the project allows him to anticipate potential issues before they become actual issues........ On time project delivery, accurate in every detail and within budget. Couldn't ask for more!! Will use his firm again....and again!!

 + 5 moreMoshe is the most patient guy I ever met. Where there were problems that arose during the construction, he brought solutions and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Extremely responsive and he was always open on giving his professional opinion. We've hired him to redo our deck and patio as well. That of course came out gorgeous too! Would hire again!

 + 17 moreThe builder was a pleasure to work with. He was insightful, courteous, helpful, patient, and attentive to our needs. In retrospect, this is the best experience I have ever had with any contractor. The only time that there was an idle moment was before inspections and waiting for permits (which were acquired expeditiously). Apart from that, there was visible progress daily. The interior was done to perfection! The builder worked with us in mind, allowing us to provide feedback often, and, at times, making his own recommendations. He not only achieved our vision, but enhanced it and exceeded our expectations. The exterior looked seamless, as if the house was that way from time of inception.
Description of Work: An additional wing was added to an existing home. The addition included: a master bedroom suite with vaulted ceilings, a beautiful bathroom, and a walk-in closet. The existing bedroom in the wing was extended to include more space, a separate entrance, and a closet. Additionally an attached two car garage was built on to the side of the house. Also, there was remodeling work done in the basement, that yielded a more elegant and functional space that can be used for entertainment and storage.

 + 11 moreVery pleased with all the work done. Timeframe, cleanliness, professionalism, fit and finish were excellent. Multiple teams were working on the house simultaneously and which kept the job flowing and on schedule. End of day clean up met my wife's standards!
Description of Work: Older 5500 square foot home was totally remodeled. Involved demolition, removal of old carpet, flooring, built in furniture, lighting, stairs and general repairs. Painting, wiring and updating of ceiling lights. Addition of Waines Coating on lower level.

 + 8 moreExcellent. Two bathrooms were totally remodeled. Rooms were demolished down to the studs. Updates to construction of rooms as well as strength of existing structure was incorporated in the rebuild. Older wiring and pipes were replaced, suggested design ideas were right on point. Work was completed within time estimate.

In addition to being a highly-skilled, professional, and ethical (!) contractor and builder, he is intelligent, thinking, compassionate, and well-mannered. He is a man of his word! We highly recommend him to everyone on this list.
Description of Work: Entire house renovation, including demolition, construction of new walls, insulation, electric and plumbing. The necessary permits needed to be acquired. The renovation of the existing bathroom including building the new walls and installation of new lights and bathroom fixtures (bathtub, toilet, and vanity). An existing half-bathroom needed to be expanded into a full bathroom with the installation of a shower. New lights needed to be installed in 4 different rooms. The entire house needed new interior doors (11), closet doors (3 pairs), base molding, and painting job (walls and ceiling). A new tile floor in the foyer and the hallway needed to be installed. This work needed to be coordinated with the hardwood floor refinishing and finished on time and budget.
