Art came to our house on a Friday night at 8:30 pm when our central AC unexpectedly stopped blowing cold air. I initially thought he was to good to be true when he offered to give us a free quote. We were pleasantly surprised when he delivered as promised; and AMAZED when he said the problem was nothing more than a loose wire. Art is the most honest contractor we have ever hired. He could have easily taken advantage of our emergency situation with costly unnecessary repairs. I would recommend him over any of the larger businesses that are primarily focused on revenue instead of 100% customer satisfaction.

Art was very nice and informative. He came out for free and when he diagnosed the issue he then gave the price but he let us know ahead of time what the possible cost woul be. This is my 1st time using him so I hope that he will be just as helpful and afforadable if we need his services again. He handle's things very different than most HVAC businesses and I believe he will come out ahead if he continues to come in below everyone else and is honest and helpful .I recommend him so far.

Art is a very professional person. One morning our vents in the house were letting off a very deep burning smell. We used home advisor to try and hire a furnace specialist to come in and inspect the problem. Based on arts reviews we decided to hire him to come here and check out everything. He was quite genuine and professional and explained to us what was happening with the furnace he also offered us multiple quotes on how we can mediate the problem. Art was hired to give my furnace an inspection before the winter heating season. He checked the vacuum hoses, safety switches and flame sensor and blower motor. He also replaced the furnace filter, which I provided. All of the components were found to be in proper working order. However, he had not placed our appointment in his book and as a result, I had to call him to remind him of the time. Overall, I would still recommend him.
