Art was considerate, professional and came back repeatedly at my convenience to finalize his job and performed excellent work. Since it was hot and humid, he offered to come on a Sunday to avoid me being without AC (which was I was extremely grateful for in light of ther 90 degree temps). I highly recommend him and thank him again. I am also very pleased with the folks at servicemagic. Always a friendly person willing to help as early as 7am! Thank you as well.

I cannot praise the service that I received from Extra Air, Ltd. enough. The service technician arrived as promised in the early part of the window I was provided. When here, he was extremely efficient in getting to work, explaining everything that he was doing. He quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue and was very thorough in checking that everything was as it should be. I appreciated that he discussed what he was doing and the costs before he installed anything. Very professional. I definitely have a new heating and air conditioning guy, and will be recommending Extra Air to my friends and family. Very pleased and highly recommend

These guys were great. Called me right away and came over 30 minutes after that on a Sunday. They diagnosed the issue and had the material on hand to fix it. Turns out I had some corroded connections. Thanks to these guys my own little is sleeping nice and comfy.

Art was very professional and friendly. He came out very quickly to check out the issue with my air conditioner and was able to replace my unit (which was over 20+ years old) the very next morning in the sweltering heat. He presented me with my options prior to the work with the breakdown of the costs. Upon meeting him, you could tell that he was a honest hard working guy. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

I submitted a form on servicemagic around 2pm. By 4:30, the job was done. Extra Air called right away, was here in half an hour, and fixed my central air quickly. My brother is an HVAC tech in another state and said we got a really good deal. The only minor quibble I have is that I did not have any information about pricing before the job was basically done, and I am a person who likes to know the details and reasons for things. A little more communication with the customer about what's going on as it's going on would have made me feel more comfortable. That said, the guy was very nice, and I got a good deal, so I can't really complain!

I never charged you diagnose fee (something I always do), so you could easily deny my "fair price" offer without loosing anything. Furthermore other techs offered you to replace the unit as it was almost impossible to work at such a small space. And the last but not the least I told you that though I'll spend my time and money for doing the job, YOU'LL NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING if i don't fix it. So I've saved you thousands!!! And I expect better reviews."
