BLUE HAVEN POOL & SPAS

The demolition occurred on schedule, but the plumbing repair hit a snag and the job was delayed a week. We were not kept informed of the schedule. The job was eventually completed but the plumbers did not adequately fill in the holes left near the new skimmers. Another company put in sod around the pool (as originally planned). Shortly thereafter, we then found that our pump could no longer provide enough pressure for our heater to work. I contacted Blue Haven but they did not follow-up. I subsequently had another company put in a more powerful pump and the heater worked. A week later we were told by our pool maintenance folks that we should have an off-line chlorinator. This was disturbing as we had a perfectly good off-line chlorinator that Blue Haven had not put back in when they re-did the plumbing. Again, they did not respond to my calls to re-install it. Finally, I have been in email communication with our sales rep (Steve) but his promise of a reply has not been forthcoming after two more weeks.
