I used Barry for a house I was buying. Barry missed a leak in the roof! The seller lied about the leak stated the leak was fixed when the roof was redone. This was not the case. I contacted several roofers and my lawyer all stating the home inspector should have caught the leak!
I contacted Barry he said the company is not responsible because at the time he did not see the leak. It was a bright sunny day when he inspected the house. There is no warranty or guarantee at all! Horrible company! If your going to use this company your better off doing the home inspection yourself!!
