Employee Kevin Vernon arrived on time and did thorough job of looking for current rodent activity as requested by house buyer's inspector. We do not have mice currently although he did set traps to make sure and told us to replace some insulation in the basement. He also applied foam insulation in areas like the bottom of the garage doors to fill holes that mice might use to enter the house. He is doing a follow-up visit. We liked working with him.

There is a reason why Tim Best has the last name that he does---it's because he is the BEST!  We just moved into our new home 5 months ago and have multiple pest issues.  No one likes dealing with bugs, but I am particularly phobic around this.  Tim is professional, calm, knowledgeable, and upbeat.  He always shows up on time, answers all of our questions, and quickly and thoroughly gets the work done.  He takes the time to explain everything, which I appreciate.  The more I understand what's going on in the home, the more comfortable I feel and he really makes an effort.  Other exterminators we interviewed just took a few steps into the house, barked out a quote (without looking at any problem areas), and expected a credit card swipe to begin.  Tim took the time to thoroughly evaluate the house and the problem areas before submitting his recommendations.  The price is fair for the comprehensive services we're getting and we're extremely happy with their services.  Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with Arrow to date. Everyone I've come in contact with from the folks who answer the phones to the service personnel that handle the applications are all very nice and professional. They were able to come out to my home in less than 24 hours after my initial call for service. We're now on a service plan which includes 3 applications a year plus unlimited callbacks if any isues pop up in between seasonal appointments. In the two treatments I've had so far, there have been two different service men but they were both very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They took the time to explain how I could help prevent future bug problems and answered all my questions. I saw they had good reviews on here and I'm very happy I chose them!

After a thorough inspection and treatment on the first visit, the technician returned a few days later to check the situation and to do a follow-up treatment. He was punctual & professional, we are very happy with the company.

Everything was perfect. The salesman, Louis, was very good and the technician was outstanding. There's been no damage after the treatment.

I have been using them for years and I think they have a fair price.

The experience was okay.  They are going to re-spray this week.  It is a full year plan and they would take care of any issues we have.  We had a problem so we just decided to call them to take care of it.  We had bees in the front and they had sprayed for the bees.  I attempted to get rid of them myself and I wasn't able to eradicate the bees but they came in and took care of it.  I expected there are cheaper people out there.  Everything they did has worked so far.

As with most pest control companies, they charge a lot for a yearly contract. However, if you don't have a contract it probably works out to be more if paying by the incident. They appear to be thorough in their examination of the house and property. But, every little extra is another charge. I'm considering not using any unless and until we have a problem.

The people we dealt with have been knowledgeable, punctual, professional.  We will continue to use them in the future.
