ADVANCED HOME REMODELING

Steve Rubin was the General Contractor. He employs a number of carpenters and handymen. He gave estimates for the work he would perform (teardown and rebuild) and what his contractors would do. These include: Showerman, Ideal Tile, electricians, and painters. He gave us his estimate and his ideas on how the bathroom would be done. Showed us pictures and gave up opportunities to upgrade or downgrade each element. We chose a granite countertop and tile bathroom with oak cabinets. It was on a set schedule. Everyday his people werein my house he called first and always used a long sheet section so they would not add dust and dirt to our home. He was upfront about costs and did everything on time. He adjusted for our vacation time also. We liked it so much we added 2 more bathrooms and several interior doors. He is not cheap but worth every penny. The total dollar value reflects all money paid to everyone.
