The carpets looked VERY nice compared to what the looked like prior to cleaning. Oriental wool rug had old pet stains and vomit. Advised clients to the end results."

Tom and his assistant were friendly. Paid over $400 and was unhappy with the results. I called him and he said he would return on a certain date, but he never did. And he has never contacted me again.

"We explained to Mr. [Member Name Removed] prior to starting any work, what the results would be. The carpet and the upholstery were extremely soiled and very worn. The carpet had heavy wear in the traffic lanes and explained that it would not come out. The armrest on the sofa was black with soil and again we explained the result. As we do with every customer prior to cleaning. My philosophy is if I explain any issues prior to cleaning, it is education. If I wait until after we clean, it is an excuse. When we finished cleaning, Mr [Member Name Removed] stated that it looked good, and that we did the best we could on everything."

Tom and his assistant Vince did an excellent job. The white upholstery in our living room was quite soiled, as was the white carpet in the family room. Tom and Vince first vacuumed everything thoroughly, and then they "dry cleaned" everything. Everything looks amazing. We have had Ultra Dry do our carpets for the last several years, and we are always pleased. Also, Tom gave us a discount and did not charge to clean the ottoman. He is terrific.

I needed my carpets cleaned very badly so I contacted Tom at Ultra Dry Carpet Cleaning on Monday.He explained in detail what he would do and gave me an estimate by my description over the phone.We set it up for the following day for 9:30 am he showed up early and ready to work.He explained what was going to come up and what wasn't due to the age of the rugs.He gave me a price and stuck to it.Him and his help were done within an hour and a half and was on his way.
When my fiance got home several hours later she was highly satisfied,so thank you Tom for making me look good on making a good choice.
I would highly recommend using this company.

It all went very well. Tom has done our carpets before, and we are always very pleased with the result. He arrived on time and set right to work with his assistant. The carpets are all white, and they look as good as new. He spent extra time on our very soiled hallway, and even cleaned the stain off my husband's front passenger seat.

Arriving right on time, Tom and Spencer thoroughly vacuumed, treated and cleaned the carpets in a recently purchased condo. On purchase, the rugs looked rather nasty - not just traffic, but all sorts of stains were also included in that purchase price!
The Ultra Dry team was punctual, polite, and professional - the price came in just under estimate and the carpets came out wonderfully clean.

This was the second time we've used Ultra Dry and they provided superlative performance on both occasions. Each of our oriental rugs were relatively large, with one having experienced water staining along the fringe. Ultra Dry was able to remove the stains, which is noteworthy in that another provider had failed to remove them several years ago. Ultra Dry came to the house, picked-up the rugs, and returned them on schedule and for the price originally quoted.
Cleaning for each rug was in the $300 range, which we feel is a very reasonable value -- especially having had a less-than-stellar experience with the previous service we employed. As oriental rugs are usually expensive items that one expects to last for decades (hopefully), we were impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail. Moreover, we feel confident in Ultra Dry and would recommend them to anyone in the future.

The estimator, Doug, came out as scheduled. Excellent professionalism, and we had a very good discussion on the services/options to be provided, set up an appointment, and determined the price (with appropriate discounts). The actual service call was on time, and Tom the owner was in attendance. Tom was exceptionally knowledgeable and informative about dirt deposits, stains, treatment, explaining how the carpet and quot;filtersand quot; dirt (why there are darker lines on steps and under closet doors), and more - good tips for maintenance. The home is a 3 BR / 2.5 BA rental unit (townhome) with mostly carpet (some tile downstairs). Service took about 2 hours. The team vacuumed thoroughly prior to treatment, sprayed an enzyme for pet fumigation downstairs (previous tenant had a large dog), provided excellent spot treatment, and the ~10 y/o carpets came out fantastically well. I am very happy with the process and finished product and would recommend the service to anyone. Good value. As a follow up comment, I needed to close up the property (windows) for a week after the treatment. When I came back to the home, I could still detect some pet odor. I called Tom and explained the situation, and he immediately came over and reapplied the enzyme to the downstairs carpets and ventilation system (for circulation) free of charge. This was greatly appreciated as I had tenants walking through for a home inspection the next day. Thanks Tom, appreciate the great service.

I called Ultra Dry on a recommendation from Angie's List. They service my area and they actually drove an hour away to clean the large area rug at my vacation home. I let them have the key and they returned it to me later the same day. I went down there later and it was so clean. I was going to replace it later this year but I might wait and have them clean it again in Sept. so it is ready for next season!

They were on time, friendly and respectful of our home. The whole process took about 4 hours. But I was suspicious of how a buffer pad could absorb much dirt verses a typical carpet cleaner using canisters of liquid cleaner. I inquired as to where the and quot;dirtand quot; went and was shown a pad which was hardly grey in color. I rented a store type cleaner and went back over the carpet in one of the rooms they and quot;cleanedand quot;. Sure enough, I filled the canister with brown dirty water. So much for the magic buffer! I would never use that type of carpet cleaning service again.

We have light colored carpet in four of the five rooms cleaned, and on the stairs. We rescue Siberian Huskys and there were some serious stain issues. Tom and assistant thoroughly vacuumed before applying the neutral pH treatments which left the carpets like new. The stains were removed. The carpeta were dry in about an hour. These men are professional, honest, knowledgeable and competent. Most importantly, my wife was delighted to see the results when she returned home.

My Great Dane stayed with a friend of mine while I was on vacation. While at my friend's home, our dog suffered from seperation anxiety and decided to leave a few "pools" for my friend to deal with. I immediately looked for the top carpet cleaner for price and service on Angie's List and discovered Ultra Dry Carpet Cleaners. They exceeded my expectations and my friend's.
