Moorestown Windows

I was promised 3 employees every day. There was a different crew at my home every day. The job was supposed to take 5 days, and it took up to 2 1/2 to 3 weeks to complete. When they resealed my driveway, they used painter's caulk to seal a crack. I mentioned that they shouldn't use painter's caulk. I called Brandon, and I was told that I was being too picky. I asked him to come look at it, because it looked like someone finger painted the driveway with 3 different colors. I told him that I was going to ask my neighbors if this looked acceptable and Brandon just laughed at me. He was upset that I was going to ask my neighbors to look at it. He was impossible to talk to. The paint job was horrible. The paint is already peeling off. They bought gallons of the wrong paint. I was told to figure out what to do with 5-gallons of green paint. I had to tell him to get the paint returned and to get the correct paint. They left razor blades laying around, and they left cigarette butts everywhere. They dumped paint in my street, which not only upset me, it upset my neighbors. They advertise on door hangers as window cleaners and a jack of all trades. They only spent 45 minutes cleaning my windows, and they used up all of my cleaning products. One window wasn't cleaned at all, and there is still bug cacoons on the exterior of my windows. There were men working on my roof and I don't think they have insurance. They advertise they have 2 employees, and I couldn't begin to tell anyone who those employees were. I should've done more research on them and fired them. He berated his employees in front of me and it got to the point where I had to leave. In none of the coorespondence I've had with him, there's no licensing or insurance information provided. I tried to work these problems out, but I didn't get anywhere. Every time I pushed to get my point across, I felt as though he would never speak to a man like this. It was just a horrible experience.
