Magic Wash

LIke a fool, I fell for the LivingSocial coupon and purchased the offer with this company several weeks ago. Scheduled an appointment weeks in advance of today....I purchased it prior to checking Angie's List and also noticed another rating service also had 2 reviews for this company....1 of the 2 was very similar to my experience today and the others listed here - no show.
Anyway, someone called me about a week ago to discuss what else we wanted done so I had gotten my hopes up this guy was going to show today and prove the reviews wrong.....well here we are almost 3 hours later....No call, No show, nothing.....we sit around the house waiting for them to show, move things away from the house to let them come and do the work freely and they don't even bother to call. What a joke....stay away from these guys.

I purchased a coupon from Living social for this company to come and powerwash my house.  I made my online appointment and called to confirm.  No one every showed up, returned my phone calls or acknowledged that I existed.  Truly horrible business practices. Please find another business to do work for you.  Why bother scheduling, getting your hopes up and making plans if they have no intention of doing the work.  To this day still no one has contacted me from that company.  

They never showed up for an apointment made over a month in advance.
I called twice several days in advance to confirm the appointment and they never returned my call.
I received an email the day before as a reminder for my appointment.  they never showed up.  they never called.  I called then 3 times to see if something was wrong and they ignored my calls.
Do not use this vendor or the same can happen to you

I purchased this on April 29th and they were originally suppose to come out on May 28th at 9am. They never showed up or even called me back. I called this morning and was told they were on their way and they should be there shortly and still have never shown up. I have left another two messages and he has yet to call me back. This guy is answering calls for this company and Crystal cleaning company, and I know it's the same company. I called him on the Magic wash number and when he called me back he called me from the Crystal clean number.
