Pete came out to repair my heating system which had stopped working. He was able to return the outside unit and blower motor to working condition, but the blower motor quit working again after he left. No fault of his, just that my blower motor was ready to go and working intermittently. Pete had counseled me on this during his visit, as well as preparing me for the amount I should set aside to replace the unit which had reached its life expectency. Pete researched replacement parts for my 30 year old system and promptly returned the information to me, which would run about $750 for repairs. He said that it was a lot of money to sink into a system of this age, and he didn't want to waste my money. Then, and this is the topper, he said there were federal rebates available for a new unit, but since his company doesn't get involved with the rebates, that I should consider other companies that do. He said he didn't want to turn away work, but he wanted to make sure I was doing the right thing for myself. This company is fair, has good prices, and from what I could see, is honest and thorough. I'd recommend them.
