Jacqueline Trimarchi

I started e-mail contact with Jackie Trimarchi of Century 21 in Moorestown, NJ when I was living in California and expecting to move to New Jersey. She responded quickly to a house inquiry and sent TREND reports of other homes that met all our needs so we could be ready to see homes once we arrived. She called us as we were driving cross-country, then showed us many homes in different towns and neighborhoods within the first few days of arrival. We signed a contract on a home with sellers that negotiated to an acceptable price and claimed to be ready for a quick closing. Jackie was there with us for every step of the way, immediately responsive by e-mail, phone and text. Unfortunately, our inspector revealed unprofessional renovations and permits were needed to make the house safe. While we were impatient buyers because we were living in a hotel for nearly three months, Jackie maintained calm and helped us through this bumpy home purchase, doing all she could to nudge the repairs and permits along. Ultimately, we got our first home thanks to Jackie.
