If I could give less than F I would! Novice is the best way to describe, We had to pay to have cracked front window replaced. They said they would fix, 9 months after move in someone drop just the glass at front door we had handyman fix. Tape and sparkle nail pops sharp nail ends coming through wood all were fixed by us. Roof had terrible leak came through ceiling of back bedroom and living room ceiling cause partial ceiling collapse in both areas. Builders did send a plumber in. A plumber ? For roof? The owner Guy Giordanos. Promised to fix. Total liar! His flunky Tom Dunne is even worse. He physically does the work. Also basement flooded after a couple days of ☔️ rain. Giordanos could not be bothered. He lied to warranty company also. All is documented and bill for repairs is being sent to builder. Have YouTube video going up. We have nj consumer affairs BBB involved and. A philly consumer action reporter involved. These people are rats! I’ll bet cara Mia Guilin and Justine would not spend one night in these gems. (He named the streets after his kids). Stay Away! Horrible despicable expirence!
