Mike is nowledgeable, professional and friendly. Correctly diagnosed the problem and replaced compresser quickly and efficiently. Did not upsell us as another company tried to do. Pricing was on point. Work was clean and haven't had a problem since. Would definitely use again. Highly recommend this company.

The installation went well. Mike was upfront about what was needed and how it was going to be done. The install started on time and was finished earlier than expected. Mike was very professional and answered all of my questions. I will definitely refer Fox Mechanicals to all my friends and family.

Installation went great . Two seperste new units Installed . Both units had two separate zone dampers which made it comfortable on each floor. Highly recommended.

It was the holiday and my heater broke and called them and in 4hrs they came to service heater and fixed it. Im very impressed.

Fox Mechanical failed to perform at level expected of an HVAC contractor.  Fox Mechanical was hired to install two 3-ton HVAC units for a rehab project in West Philadelphia.  There were issues after construction.  Fox Mechanical left one duct disconnected from the system and had to be called back out to connect it.  In addition, they did not remove metal edging during installation, so one unit cannot take a filter and may now need to be completely reinstalled.
Upon putting the units into service in July 2014, both units leaked because the pumps were installed incorrectly.  One froze the system internally; the other just leaked water all over the basement.  The AC stopped working again even after repairs were made to the pumps.  Upon turning on the heat in October 2014, both units blew cold air.  Fox Mechanical did not respond to phone calls or text messages in a timely manner.  Fox Mechanical made commitments to respond to these repair issues and then did not show up as scheduled.  Repeated phone calls and text messages were needed to get Fox Mechanical to come out and fix these issues.
You want the systems to work.  If the systems don't work, which is sometimes the case, then you want your contractor to respond quickly to make things right.  Fox Mechanical let me down on both counts, and for that reason, I do not recommend anyone hire them until they get their act together.
