My experience with Certified Computer Repair was excellent. Garrick is very professional and courteous, providing constant updates on the progress of my repair. I would highly recommend Garrick to my friends and family for any computer related issues.

Garrick was willing to go the extra mile to find a hard to find part, order it from overseas, and keep me in the loop the whole time. He stood by his work, and even delivered a working laptop to my door (in the rain). Because of his integrity and obvious desire to serve his customers, I will always go to Garrick first when needing any repair work done in the future.

I cannot say enough about the service that this company gave. As a Doctor currently using my computer for Telehealth, it was an absolute emergency when the hardware on my laptop was injured causing the laptop to 'crash'. After contacting 6 different locations (all the well known ones), none could address the issues immediately nor would they accept the computer and inform when it could be evaluated. I bought a 2nd computer to use, however I had difficulty setting it up and transferring the programs necessary to continue my practice. I called Certified Computer Repair, LLC, recommended by a neighbor. CCR answered immediately, listened to the issues I had on the two computers and discussed what the possible issues might be. They offered to pick up my computers if I could not deliver them...and they offered to do an evaluation and repair immediately. I delivered my computers to them. They began work immediately, stayed in contact with me explaining the problems involved with both computers and work needed. I was told that they would continue their work until both computers were working without delay and I could trust that they would have work completed within 24-48 hours. They were true to their word. I received both computers, the first repaired and working, the new computer working with programs added, security added and transfer of all necessary programs transferred to my new computer. I am so thankful to have finally found a service that I can trust to be available with emergencies, competent in services provided, trustworthy with computers that have very sensitive information and patient with 'Non Techy' individuals...

Garrick was very prompt with calling back and fixing my son's laptop; very polite and professional; good with my dog; he makes house calls and wears his mask correctly; I would use him again
