Heating and Air Conditioning Service
Service man was not knowledgable and had to come back every two weeks during either the coldest or hottest days of the season since August. On February 5th he came twice to get the heat started and within 30 mins of his last visit the heat was out again. When notified and called to resolve the problem for good Andrew said he would come and never called or showed and we have been without heat for almost 24 hours. The temperature has been between 28 and 34 degrees. I wish I could get my money back because there is no tell what damage was ultimately done to my heating and cooling system. I have a 6 years in my home and i am 81 NO HEAT and NO Andrew - if he was above his skill level he could have said something so it would have been fixed properly that was elder abuse
