Matt was extremely courteous, professional, punctual and knowledgeable. He came and not only hooked it up but checked every burner carefully to see if it worked correctly. He discovered one burner was not connected. He walked me through all of the safety considerations and advised me to get a spring cover to protect the gas line from the squirrels. He also advised me on a future plumbing project of a future plumbing project of replacing a laundry tub. After he left, I realized he very kindly brought in my garbage cans for me. I am recovering from foot surgery and was having a great deal of pain that day. Thank you so much Matt for everything!!!!

Matt's original estimate was reasonable, and he kept to it exactly, even though he ended up doing some additional work. He was courteous, professional, and punctual. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

As always, Matt called me back right away and listened to my questions. He told me to go and purchase a new shower head and will install it after he fixed the kitchen sink which was the priority. He masterfully unblocked the kitchen sink from the basement and ensured it was draining correctly. He installed the new shower head and tested it thoroughly. He examined the faucet on the pedastal sink and told me that he could try to fix the faucet but was concerned because the sink had no name clearly listed on it and was concerned he would not be able to obtain replacement parts. He suggested I replace the faucet. He left me with the dimensions of the faucet and I will purchase one and ask Matt to come back and install it another day. Fantastic. He identified the problem right away and fixed it. Very honest and trustworthy. I would use him again, no question about it! He came for an estimate, saw it was a very simple problem to fix and fixed it on the spot. I wanted to pay him, but he said estimates were free, but if the problem persisted, he would order a part and come back. Where do you find help like this these days? He's one of a kind!

I thought I had to replace a 30-year-old toilet which was leaking from a rusty bolt protruding out the bottom of the tank. Besides that, the toilet had been giving me problems flushing and refilling properly for years, despite me having changed the flapper and adjusted the chain. Matt was able to dismantle the unit, cut the bolt, and replace various parts to make it work like new again.

As expected, Matt was very thorough and took his time to analyze the issue, as there was no obvious blockage, which made the matter tough to resolve. Matt systematically figured out the issue and redo the bad plumbing work done previously. Matt also helped on my another Apartment's kitchen sink issue, so that were two sink in one Matt. Plus he fixed the shower issue which my previous contactor left behind. So big thank you to Matt as always!
