Went great. Super communication, sent him a photo of the lock and he told me the price to get me inside. Told me 30 minutes, and then called back to say there was some traffic - and made it in about 45. But nothing better than communication. Great job. THANK YOU

What an honest and professional locksmith. Our front door latch was sticking and the locksmith told me up front a house call would be $89.00 and the latch may or may not be worth the repair costs depending on what was needed. He suggested I remove the handle and bring it in and he patiently told me how! Years ago, we had also used Eckert to help us get into our house after having been locked out. Then, the locksmith came right away. I highly recommend them.

As an update, I removed the door handle and latch, brought it in, and it was repaired on the spot for $36.00. Just be sure to call before ariving - it's a small business and they be out on calls.
