It went very well. Gary was prompt and very pleasant & fixed the issue. To respond to the other negative review. That customer wanted Gary to come before 6am or after 7pm. (before or after their work) This customer also lived a good distance away. If the customer was able to schedule the appointment during the day then Gary would have been there on the day scheduled. This customer was not very nice & because Gary found it very difficult to get to their home at the requested times the customer was irate. I couldn't imagine Gary being rude to anyone. He is a very good & experienced plumber and I would definitely use him again. I happen to have Sears Whole Home Warranty (Cross Country) and Gary is the plumber they use. I am very happy that they do. I would use Gary again regardless of weather I had the warranty or not.
