Not happy. Technician spent only 15 20 minutes gave me very vague description and charged me full money with no solution and big estimate for things I am not sure I need.

Gene did a great job. He was easy to communicate with and he arrived on time. He knew what he was doing and explained everything so I could understand. He showed me things that were minor repairs and the things that would need fully replacing. He gave me recommendations and also wrote up a full report for me to send to the seller. He also gave me recommendations about the condition of the house in general and suggestions for fixing it up in the future. He was very nice and kind and I would 100% use him again! In fact once I own the home I plan on using him for all my heating and cooling needs! Great company!
