About us

Our New Jersey security company specializes in sales, service and installation of new burglar, fire and camera surveillance systems. We are also capable of servicing existing alarm systems in most cases. We are licensed to install systems for both burglary and fire alarm applications in commercial and residential buildings. Each system is individually designed to fit the customer’s specific needs and budget, including options for control from your mobile phone. Our customer base spans from modest homes to mansions of all sizes, retail spaces and commercial offices, car dealerships, large industrial warehousing and schools.

Mark (owner) is very professional and experienced. I asked for and received a competitive quote from Command. I requested a no-frills quote that included labor and parts on a base installation. From there, I requested incremental pricing on equipment and labor to add more features that I may wish to have installed. Mark did exactly what I asked: his base quote was the lowest of the other providers. After adding in the additional equipment that I wanted to have installed, his quote, while not the lowest, was still competitive with the other service providers. I would recommend Command for consideration for residential protection systems.

CALLED INITIALLY IN MAY TO LOOK AT OLD SYSTEM AND WE FINALLY INSTALLED NEW SYSTEM TODAY. WOULD HAVE INSTALLED SOONER BUT I HAD PROBLEMS WITH MY ARRANGING TIME TO BE AT HOME NOT A PROBLEM WITH THE VENDOR . HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS PUT IN NEW EXCELLENT SYSTEM THAT MEETS LIFE STYLE OF OUR FAMILY IN 2010 AND VERY WELL SATIFIED WITH JOB DONE. ALSO IN TALKING TO PRINCIPAL (MARK RUGGIERRO) AT VARIOUS TIME IN THE LAST 3 MONTHS ,HE WAS EASY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH OR WOULD CALL BACK IN REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. WOULD USE HIM AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT.
