Mr. Abbassi came to the site on time, pointed out and explained all the observations immediately, answered all our questions, and provided a very thorough inspection report with detailed explanations and pictures. Through the inspection we were informed of a lot more issues about the home then we had known before. I highly recommend Mr. Abbassi for his professionalism.

Inspector is not very experience, so he was not able to point anything beyond the obvious, which I was able to see myself. I used many home inspectors in the past, and this is one of the less experienced ones.

The inspector (Jack) was extremely professional and very easy to talk to. He explained everything in detail and was beyond thorough. The pictures are also a huge help when you read over the report and the report itself is easy enough for anyone to understand . I received my full report (40 pages) the next day . Couldn't ask for anything more ! Would definitely recommend .

Jack was already at the house when i arrived. He began his outdoor inspection and then continued to the inside. Jack took his time and answered any questions I had. He spent a great deal of time writing down every detail i wanted reported, as well as anything he recommended be noted. It took less than 24 hours for Jack to write up a report for me. He also did me the courtesy of copying my agent and attorney on the report email. I would highly recommend Stateline Home Inspection.

My original home inspector cancelled on me at 6:00pm the Friday before my Saturday morning inspection and no one else could come out until the end of the following week. I got in touch with Stateline Saturday morning and they came out Saturday afternoon and got my inspection done! They saved both I and the home seller many days of frustration! Jack was at the house and had begun his outside inspection before I or my real estate agent even got there, talk about prompt!

Jack Abbassi is a real professional! He is punctual, thorough, knowledgeable with helpful suggestions, and took as much time as was needed to look at and explain everything. We also scheduled the inspection without too much notice and Jack was very helpful and nice about working with us to fit us into his schedule so that our closing day would not be adversely affected. In fact, we even had lots of time to take care of any issues that arose as a result of what was found upon inspection. We hired Jack to perform a service and he really delivered. You felt that he was truly on your side and gave you his honest opinion and worthy advice about everything that he saw.
