I have used them several times. They are excellent for a variety of services. I would use them again. The most expensive thing they did was about 1900 dollars. Their price was fair.

I called Peterson based on existing Angie's List reviews, and I'm glad I did! We had a mysterious slow drain in the main floor bathroom sink that would come and go, but eventually came and stayed combined with a a leaking drain pipe in the basement. Three guys from Peterson arrived on time and began to investigate and trouble-shoot the problem, both on the main floor and basement. The issues were related and exacerbating each other. The guys were there for about an hour and a half, maybe a little longer. It turns out that two of the guys were apprenticing so the main guy was spending a lot of time explaining each step. I felt lucky that my case was getting such extra attention; even better they discounted my bill at the end so I wasn't paying for the extra time they took since they were teaching on the job. No sign of the slow drain since they left and the sewer line cap they replaced in the basement is well fitted and dry and looks much better. Very happy with the service performed! If I have any other issues I will use them again.

There were some slight modifications that needed to be made so they did everything that they needed to. There were some additional things for the water pressure that they needed to install.

I called on a Saturday but, it wasn't an emergency so I asked them to call me back first thing Monday, and they did. They called me at 8:40 am and said they would be here between 8:00 and 9:00 o'clock and 2 young men arrived right at 9:00 am. They assessed the problem that the basement kitchen was backing up in the outside drain with water coming into the basement. They carried in their tools and supplies to protect my carpet from moisture and dirt. They finished the job in about 10 minutes and advised about the conditions in the the structure of the plumbing that causes this reoccurring problem and offered a long term solution.
Both workers were very friendly and professional and I would not hesitate to call on them again. In fact, I have called 2 times before, once to repair a leak from the furnace over-flow tank and another time for the finishing touches when installing the water heater. Each time the preformed in a completely pleasant and professional manner.

I'll never do business with them again. They took advantage and basically lied to me. They said they were doing work that they didn't do. They took my money and actually didn't do the work that they said they did and I caught them in it and they had my money and it wasn't working. It wasn't worth my time and effort. I will never do business with them again and they've actually probably lost business 'cause I've told a lot of friends what happened. They overcharged. They charged me $170.00 per shower head. The bigger issue was they said they were wiring a new copper line from my refrigerator down through to my water line, they had to replace it and he charged me $600.00 for that work however, he didn't do the work. They didn't replace the line. They basically charged me $600.00 to literally plug it in. So, that was the work that was not done. I got robbed. The other work that they did do was very good but the other work that they lied to me about was obviously not.

The guy I usually use was away. I was out of town and had to have them come in without me there. He gave an estimate and then went crazy with additional work and ended up trying to charge $1000. I talked to him and he lowered it to $600 which was still very high. He sent his son and an assistant to do the job and it seemed sloppy. They did a good job on work under the sink but the ball valve over the washer was rusted and they didn’t replace the recessed par.

Brain of Peterson Plumbing returned my call regarding the a list of items needing repair. He and a helper showed up on the day the job was scheduled. He was there first thing in the AM. The work was reviewed and where appropriate options were discussed based on both cost and effectiveness of the repair. Work was done efficiently. Care was given to minimize making a mess and when necessary the job site was completely cleaned up. Brain effectively utilized his helper in prepping the next item to be fixed while he completed the one he was working on. This minimized time on the job and the overall job cost. I would highly recommend Peterson Plumbing and will use them in the future.

He did a great job, he was cheaper than every other company that gave me an estimate. They were all more than double than his prices. He was very clean, very professional and very efficient.

Had Gary come to the house and help eliminate some noise from our furnace. Previously I had 2 other plumbing companies try to fix the same issue. After several attempts I decided to call Gary and Peterson plumbing. On his first attempt Gary noticed the problem that both of the other plumbing companies missed. He quickly fixed the issue and it immediately helped reduce the banging noise in our pipes. Called him back a month later to help fix another problem and he quickly solved that problem too. As an added nice touch he proactively called me the next day to see if everything was okay. The only negative thing I would say is that I asked for an estimate on other work and never heard back from him. I hope he gets me that estimate as I would love to give him more business.

quick and correct they responded quickly to my call and fixed my issue on the first visit. it took other heating companies 2-3 visits and they still could not diagnose (much less fix) the problem. these guys know their stuff
