I've used many different transportation services and have found only one to be consistently perfect -- and that is Perfect Limo. Someone picks up the phone immediately, is so pleasant and accommodating (I can't have a driver who smokes or wears cologne), and gives me the rate at that time. It's all inclusive, so I don't have to worry about money exchange or changes in fare or total prices at point of service as I've had with other transportation companies. They immediately send a confirmation e-mail, and another the day before the pick-up. The drivers are excellent, careful, professional, friendly, and help with luggage and any other need. Eleven days ago, my driver Gary was right there at baggage claim with a sign with my name on it, waited for me to use the restroom, and took care of handling all my bags. We had a wonderful conversation on the ride home, and it was the perfect ending to a long day of travel. Perfect Limo has become my only choice if I need someone to drive me and my elderly mom.

Excellent. The driver arrived with an SUV and due to a handicap, I needed a sedan. The driver did not hesitate to leave, swap to a sedan and come back! Wow! Now that's service. Also, their prices were the best in the area by at least 15%.

Arrived 15-20 minutes before scheduled pickup time and patiently waited for us. We were never rushed.
Same on pickup, met us upon our arrival and assisted us with luggage. Cost of service above was one-way, but no surprises as with other car services we had previously used. Very professional.

The driver was on time, met my husband at baggage claim and brought him home. The driver was professional, courteous and friendly. He knew the routes and traffic patterns so well that my husband arrived home quickly. We appreciated his being on-time since the arrival was an early morning flight and we had an important appointment in the early afternoon.
