Heather was so helpful with setting up the opening of our pool. We just purchased this house over the winter and had no idea what to do to get the pool opened for the summer. They were able to schedule us quickly and get us swim ready for the season. Heather and the whole Northeast pool patrol will always be our go to for any pool needs.

We recently purchased a home with an inground pool and given that my husband and I have NO experience with pools, the entire team was so helpful and informative to us. Heather is AMAZING, on top of everything, super responsive, and SO helpful. I cannot thank them enough for helping us with our first pool opening and making sure we learned along the way.

Keith is amazing. He cleans and maintains my pool like his. He does not rush and always takes his time to clean it every week. He is very honest and friendly. He does not stir you wrong. The money I pay for weekly is worth it. Heather is also amazing. She is a text away. I will definitely renew my contract again next year.

They opened, cleaned and balanced my pool and separate spa. Spa was leaking and the manufacturer wouldn t sell the part needed Art found it on line made some alterations and it works perfectly for a fraction of the cost the manufacturer wanted to charge to replace the unit. Keith(owner) and staff are totally hands on, extremely professional and will not stop until everything is perfect. I ve had pool companies for 30 years and NONE of them came close to this quality of service and pride in their work. They came by daily to check on my pool and spa until they were satisfied it was perfect. In this day and age it s reaffirming to work with a(family) company that has this pride and old school value. Whomever you have working your pool will pale in comparison to this company. I realize this GLOWING review may seem over the top but it is well deserved I am not family or friend, just an extraordinarily happy customer.

We have been very happy with pool patrol. Great customer service. They show up when promised, and work with us when something is out of the ordinary. They are a newer company building their business, and doing it in all the right ways - treating their customers well.
