Atlas Aluminum & Glass Co Inc

I have a fairly old back/outside door with a large insulated galss center. The insulation seal broke, which meant that the insulation was gone and there was a fog between the glass panes. I've been trying to find anyone who could fix this for years and I couldn't find anyone that would actually show up. I eventually called and spoke to a customer service rep at Atlas and she took the basic information. She told me that I would hear from someone in the next few business days. I heard from Rich (the owner) on the very next business day. Rich came out within two business days and gave a reasonable estimate. He told me that he would order the glass and it would probably take two weeks to get. My wife got a call from Atlas one week later and they showed up one day later. Rich and an employee showed up on time, replaced the glass, took the old glass away and left with 90 minutes. I walked away from the whole experience thinking Atlas is great and mad at myself for not finding Atlas years before.
