We hired Mr. Van Note in December of 2011 and the work began in January of 2012. Measurements for some of our house windows were wrong, then, with the room extension, the bank of windows ordered were measured incorrectly. In both cases, we wound up keeping the windows and the framing needed to be redone. Foam caulking around the main house replacement windows was never completed and we still have leaks and drafts. After the home extension was begun, we halted work briefly to look into a different roof options and could never get the job kick started again. He never finished the job! No reasons to date have been given to us. Each time we could get in contact with him he tells us he's waiting to hear from the framer....or...he is busy with another job....all sorts of excuses. He then lost our plans from the architect and had to have new ones printed. Very disorganized, can't seem to measure properly, cannot be trusted and is very unresponsive.
