That's why we've long offered affordable, same-day service to our customers in the area. We understand, perhaps better than most, that it's important for our customers to get home and catch up on the latest episodes of their favorite shows. Many people don't have patience for prolonged, time-consuming repair processes.

He was very friendly & quite nice.
I was charged a "diagnostic fee" & that is the last piece of paperwork that I received.
He took the TV to his shop & told me he would follow up with me.
That is where the friendliness & professionalism ended.
I had to do all the calling, which I did 6 or 7 times within the course of TWO MONTHS!
That is how long they had my TV.
My requests for an update on the repair were met with unintelligible excuses such as, "... the wrong part came ... the part is on back-order ... I can't find the part ... " etc.
When I was finally quoted a cost to fix it (which they never confirmed) I finally gave up and demanded the return of my TV.
I'd rather have it back broken, than to allow these jerks to keep it.
Sadly, many TVs aren't worth fixing any longer.
I plan to buy a new one, which will be money well spent, rather than trying to find someone else to fix an old model.
If I had done this in the first place, I would have had a new TV two months ago!
