"Okay [Member Name Removed] where do we start......I had a very nice conversation with your wife about the work that had to be completed and gave her a rough estimate over the phone based on what she was telling back in November because she wanted to make a decision ASAP. Therefore I asked her a few questions of the type of job, room sizes, attic access above the living room etc. so I could give her an idea of costs since we do this everyday, so she can discuss with (you) her husband. After I guess 2 months goes by she called me back to say she wanted to move forward with the work probably after getting other quotes but I guess because I am a nice guy, very reasonable, & nicely took my time to talk to her on the phone and explain anything she asked me is probably why you guys choose Tosone Electric. We have been working in this area & satisfying customers since 1948. I don't appreciate you going on AL and bashing me & my crew for the hard work they did for you and going out of there way to make sure they didn't leave you with a mess or any holes as there was no attic access like described in your living room during our phone conversation. Taking there lunch & having to get more parts to complete your job correctly was why there were not at your house for 1.25 hours according to the vans GPS. Than during our phone call upon paying my guys & discussing the extras, you said that your wife told you I said 10% discount on top of a 5% discount plus you can use a credit card that charges me 3% fee. Never had a problem with this before (or my attitude as the other reviews show) & it just seems like a type of guy that wants good, quality, honest work for nothing & that is not how anyone can run a business. Sorry for the misunderstanding in your house hold about costs & payment. Maybe next time you should be the one making the calls & getting prices if your handling the job & payment. All i know is you said numerous times to my guys how nice of a job they did, which you neglected to state in your review, which I know is true because i get numerous calls & letters thanking me for our quality of work from myself & my crews. I do want to apologize if you think I got nasty with you on the phone, I did not think I did. I am getting a bit nasty now cause your jeopardizing the integrity of my company. "Went to your house more than once so obviously you were happy with our work. You got upset when the bill for replacing outlets was $450 and you didn't understand why. Well, when I explained to you how we had to re-wire all outlet and switch locations because it was an unsafe condition and I showed you the issues. You said go ahead fix whatever it is to make it safe. After we left, everything was working, and said we would touch base to get you on schedule to complete panel upgrade and last outlet (which wasn't paid for yet) you then sent me an email stating you feel like I over charged you and you will get back to me on scheduling panel. Then a month later I get an email from you stating that you are going with another company to do panel and can I mail you the plates that were missing. As we communicated very well and not sure what had happened as Tosone is fair and honest which I knew you felt comfortable with our work as you thanked me 100 times. Don't go on Angie's List and bash me. Nice try! Good luck with other company and wish you good health and happiness in future. Dominick"
"Sorry for the confusion as it does state in deal includes up to ONE hour labor. I contacted Angie's List to correct this as it seems to be misread by customers. We installed the lighting you asked and fixed another light. When we arrive on site we ask all customers what is it that you would like completed today. An install or an electrical inspection because every job is different. Hope you have a clear understanding how this works and that no company's extra time is FREE. Once again sorry for confusing and your misunderstanding of promo! Happy Holidays!!"

"Thanks for the review but the additional charge was for extra time and having to replace the MAIN circuit breaker in the house which was defective. As always Tosone is fair with pricing, honest, and dependable. Hope we can serve you again in future."
"Technician explained in beginning that the plaster would have to be damaged and at first customer said no until you saw the conduit installed etc. Tosone then removed all the conduit and installed it in wall as requested with not charging custiomer for the time that was spent on conduit install which is very fair. Tosone takes pride in our work and we don't cut corners and do what it takes to make all customers happy as you can see from past reviews. Sorry for the misunderstanding and hopefully we can continue business in the future"
"Took some time to troubleshoot your problem but we never give up. Lazy previous electrical install was the cause of losing power to the master bed/bath. Glad I fixed the issue and you were up and running again. Any other problems or repairs you have Tosone number."
They re-route an electric connection in the second floor and attic, also cancel a connection in my basement that
was install illegally by previous owner.
