He will show up even in emergency. We had a problem with our toilet on Thanksgiving and he came. House was full of family and friends, and we needed the toilet to be working.

At 3:30 in the morning heard an unfamiliar sound and traced it to the basement and the hot water tank where a water alarm was hooked up. Shut the water off at the main, cleaned up the wet floor and waited until 7:30 AM to call plumber. At 9 AM the doorbell rang; both a plumber AND a hot water tank had arrived. Installation completed without problem.

I got a call back from having left a message in less than an hour, and a little over an hour after that a plumber showed up. The plumber who came was friendly, efficient, and effective.

I searched Angie's list for companies to fix the clogs we were experiencing and Prinaris was the first to respond. The worker, Chris, was very accomodating, arrived on time, and when we experienced water in the basement, he came by a second time and suggested who we can call to solve that problem, too, at no cost to us.

Toby was very responsive and showed up at our house the first working day after we called for service. They provided some guidance on the phone for a temporary fix we could do in the interim (patch hole with electrical tape) so that we could continue to use our sink.
The work was completed quickly and professionally and the work area was left clean after they finished the job.

They've replaced my garbage disposal. For another project-used then for 7 year. They're the old fashion kind of people who show up, and really take care of you. They saw another project I was doing in my house- I had leaked from the ceiling- and he even helped me find someone to fix it for me! It was great to have someone help in so many ways. With another contractor that wasn't going well and they referred another contractor. He is the most kind-hearted brilliant person. His work is absolutely top-quality

The sink in our basement backed up and we had black sludge coming up the drain. It was a revolting mess. I picked Prinaris Plumbing off of Angie's List and left them a message.

They returned the call immediately, and came to the house quickly. They were friendly, pleasant, and when they found out I'd just bought the house, they took the time to walk me through the basement and show me where the water cutoff and clean-out valves were in case I ever needed to access them. They also did a quick repair on the cap of the clean-out valve without charging us.

They fixed the clogged sink, and cleaned up so thoroughly that the sink looked better than it ever had since we owned it. They also called a few days later to check to make sure we were happy with their work. They also gave me some tips to keep the sink from getting clogged again. Will definitely use them again.

It cost me $1500 because I had a lot done. I like everything about them. They are great. They are clean and perfect. They came right away and did a good job. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

They showed up on time, they were extremely professional , they explained every part that needed replacing not fixing, their billing was more than fair. And maybe the most amazing thing was they called a day later to make sure everything they had done met my expectations and if anything may need follow up. Who would have thought in this day and age, someone who actually cared about the service they delivered not just another bill and run. Of course I'd use them again.

We have used Prinaris Plumbing for over 15 years, maybe much longer. What you want in a plumber is that he responds quickly, comes soon, and either fixes the problem or let's you know that he can't. Ideally, if he can't. He can recommend someone who can. Toby Prinaris does all this. Over the years he has nursed aged furnaces and plumbing from the dark ages. Whatever the problem, he calls first thing in the morning and is there as soon as humanly possible. I would pay much more just for the comfort of knowing that they will come soon and fix the problem.

They came the day after we called to help with our dryer/gas line emergency. We were very happy with their responsiveness. So much so that we called them the next day to do some plumbing work that we had been putting off. Prompt, professional and thorough.

THEY CHARGE ABOUT $125 AN HOUR, WHICH I THINK IS A LITTLE HIGH. HOWEVER, THEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND DID GREAT WORK. THE MEN WHO CAME TO DO THE JOB WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL.
