Slow and overpriced. This company was very focused on design and spent too much time on unimportant details that delayed the entire process. It took 6 months to receive final drawings for a simple kitchen remodel. They appear to have a good grasp on commercial projects where they don't have to worry about the actual execution of their plans; however, when it comes to residential remodeling - please stay away. Their payment schedule also lacked transparency. We thought the overall price would be $3-4 thousand lower than what they ended up charging us. Finally, there was a great deal of inaccuracy in the final drawings. They showed doors opening the wrong direction, electrical wiring schematic was incorrect - even to the eyes of a novice.
